gud day, i download the robots, its telling me i dont have an active plane

my plane is still remaining 2 weeks

this is the second time this happens to me

hello, some prop firms add other letters to thier simbols, like EURUSDC, they put letter C after every simble and the robot cant read it, is there some adjustments we can do on the software to make it read it ?

i subscribed for 6 months and its still remaining 2 months but in my account its says i cant download any robot because i dont have any plans , how come ? i stil have 2 months remaining

it has beens 2 days since i installed ftmo robot on my mt5 and i activated gold only and it stil didnt execut any trades yet

is there a problem ?
