    Hey Shekeb,

I believe it is a losing period for the robots. Try again next week and see if there are any differences in the results.

    Kind Regards,

    Hey Pat,

The Web App works but in the case of USDJPY, it seems that it is a losing period for the EAs that are trading with this pair. You can try again next week and see if that has any different results.

    Hey Pat,

We also had the same results. It seems that there is a losing period for the strategies of the pair. You can try again next week with the new strategies from the App and see if that has any difference!

    Hey Richard,

We have passed challenges with Prop Firm robots and Petko has also made videos about it. Here you can see one of the videos:

You just need to adjust the settings correctly. But that is not the only thing that will determine if a challenge will be passed or not. It can be the market conditions, the period which you know there are losing and winning periods for the EAs and these are things that you cannot control.

So, what I would say here is just to keep testing the robots, you can also try in demo account and simulate the challenge or in some prop firms, you can have a trial where you can test the robots there as it is like taking a challenge but with no risk at all.

    Kind Regards,
    Nikos

    Hey Richard,

The reason for the change is because we wanted the app to provide more profitable strategies so that there are plenty to trade with.

You can of course use the new and old pairs if you wish!!

    Hope this helps!

    Kind Regards,

Thank you for the photos Faisalaldoseri!

So, from what I can understand, the issue could be with the pair suffix. An example of a suffix is like the following: USDJPY.i or USDJPYm. Of course these are just examples.

Please check if there is a different symbol with a suffix and see try to use that instead.

Let me know if that solves the issue!

    Hello Tsholo,

I unfortunately cannot assist you on that as I am not using Mac but I suggest that you search it on Youtube or Google, there should be an solution there.
