ParticipantHey Derek,
Please share your EA settings so that I can assist you better!

ParticipantHey msmahi,
We do not provide set files anymore. But at most, the Grid Machine settings were almost on default. The only things you need to change is the lot size depending on the account size, the max orders to a smaller number and max lot size.

ParticipantHey Sascha,
So, I would say to try and use a different prop firm instead of FTMO.

ParticipantHey Konrad,
Actually, the best approach is to first test on a demo and when you are comfortable enough, you can just go ahead and trade them on a challenge.
What we are basically doing also is that we check in the app to see if there is any more profitable robot than the ones we are trading currently. For example, let’s say that we have a USDJPY EA but on the first robots in the App, we see a different or one of the same pair but with different magic number, we just change the robot that is trading with the one that is on the top 3 or 5.
Hope this helps!
Let me know if you have any questions!

ParticipantHey Hutch Orr,
I am not sure what you mean. The account and the EAs were and are working fine!

ParticipantHey Derek,
I see what you mean. In this case, what I can say is to try a different pair if you have not done so and see if the result is the same. If it is the same, we can look into it together!

ParticipantHey Derek,
So, are you using the same account type for example, is it raw spreads on the one account and standard on the other or the same type?
What I would say here is to try a different broker. You can see the brokers we use and what has worked for us here: https://sandbox.eatradingacademy.com/trusted-brokers/
Maybe the conditions of the broker is not the best.
Hope this helps!

ParticipantHey Y X,
If the amount that you have for your account is not included in the app, you can calculate the lot size manually by using this website:

Hope this helps!

ParticipantHey Tsholo,

ParticipantHey Andre,
What we are doing is that we swap the EAs daily as there are changes most of the time.
To see if there is an update, you need to check the magic number of each and cross check with what you have in the platform.
Hope this helps!

ParticipantHey Y X,
That can happen sometimes, no need to worry though. Please close the chart and try setting it again in the platform. After that, try to put the robot in it again and try again!
Let me know if that works!

ParticipantHey Tsholo,
I see. Another solution would be to redownload the robots and try the same steps!
Kind Regards,
