    Good day Alan

    Thank you for the feedback.
    Much appreciated.

So I am using a combination of the top performing Prop firm EA’s which I have selected based on monthly, yearly and 5 year cross checks. I have specific criteria that I am looking for when selecting the EA’s I am using. I am also using some of the Top 10 USDJPY robots and XAUUSD robots with a similar selection criteria to the Prop robots. So ultimately I am trading the Prop EA and Top 10 Robots App on 1 Eightcap Standard account. This Eightcap standard Demo is my Master account and I am using Social Trader Tools to copy to 2 x Darwinex Zero accounts at the moment.

Some of the Top 10 robots I am using actually look much better than the Prop EA’s I am using but they don’t seem to be performing as well as they indicate. I am using a fairly large number of robots on the account. The bot’s have been setup for 0.25% risk and not 0.5 % or 1% risk. This is so the robots can hedge one another and that will hopefully mean that the drawdown limits will be kept low. This has been the case, the drawdown has been nice and low but the robots have really not been performing well and the account balance has been dropping conistently over the last 3 weeks.

This is why I am reaching out though. To get some guidance and to hopefully see what is/isn’t working for others.

Are you only using the Prop Robots and not the Top 10 robots. Based on the results on the EA Trading academy website it also looks like the Top 10 EA’s are performing very well and this is also why I have included them in the master account.

    Hope this all makes sense.

I think we deserve to see some testimonials from actual EA Trading academy customers instead of only seeing video’s of Petko passing.

I have spent a large amount of money and an even larger amount of my time (which is far more valuable than money) with EA Trading academy. I would prefer to know if I am wasting my time on all of this so I can move onto something bigger and better.

I do feel it is the responsibility of the support team to answer these kinds of questions and give some guidance as we are their customers.

Perhaps a live stream with Petko & support is a good option so we can ask relevant questions etc.

It would be really great if the bots that do get removed go to another page of some sorts where we can still track them. The Robots are being changed frequently based on market conditions. I have robots that I am still running on my portfolio that have not been on the app for a few weeks already and they have still been performing well.

I also have both BTC robots on my MT5. I think it only takes very high probability trades though. It does not trade frequently so perhaps it has not taken trades because the market has not produced the criteria for the robot to trade.

Yes I really don’t know how they expect us to find consistent robots if the robots keep changing every week.
Surely an EA is not meant to be changed every day or every week based on short term profitability? Markets are changing all the times so surely the long terms results are ultimately the most important.

We also cannot see the older EA’s once the app has been updated with the new EA’s?

    Can someone please explain this?

Good day EA Trading academy team

Could you please explain R squared?
What are we looking for when it comes to this number?

    Thank you

    Good day Nikos

How do I access the older pairs.
I can only see the current pairs on the FTMO app.

Not the older one’s that I installed on my account a few weeks back.

I have not hit TP on any of the pairs.
Have been running them for quite some time now.

The pairs I am currently running are really struggling and going into some deep drawdown.
    Even on lower risk settings.

    Thank you Juan

I have been running the Prop firm EA’s for the last 3 weeks. Certainly is not only 4 – 5 trades that have gone against me.

Mostly losing trades and fairly large drawdowns.

Was merely just checking in to see what other members have to say & if any members have had success passing challenges with these robots and I haven’t seen much about this in the forum. I would certainly share my success with the other members and I am sure they would do the same should they have success.

These robots will take a few months to pass these challenges so I just want to get an idea if I am on the right track.

Not much to ask for surely?

Good day EA Trading team and Traders

The Prop firm robots really seem to be struggling in current market conditions.

Anyone else having a similar experience?

Do we have traders that have actually had success with these robots?

I deleveloped a Portfolio of the different pairs but then I noticed that they were changed.

Purchased the Forex Diamond EA through EA Trading academy.

EA performed very poor and has very bad risk to reward.

Have emailed their support team 3 times over the last week and have received no response.
I have also requested a full refund with the 60 day refund policy/gaurentee and have not received a response.

This is just a warning for those that may be interested in the EA.
I will remove this comment or update once I have received feedback from their support.

    Thank you

Good day EA Trading academy members

Been a great couple of days with the FTMO Robot’s…

    Trusting that it will continue.

Anyone else been making some good profits.
I have setup a nice portfolio and I am hoping it will pay off.
I will leave the robots to run now and see what happens.

This is the problem with this industry!

Why sell a product to traders if you are not even sure whether the product you are selling is sound and works like you say it does?

It’s all marketing and sales to entice a person and take their money!

Then you put someone in charge of the Forum that did not build the robot and does not understand how it works?
It sounds like a big money making scheme to me. I have read very few positive comments about the FTMO robot and now I even noticed that it is no longer for sale. Each week the EA’s are updated to new pairs. How on earth is a person meant to run an EA based trading system if they need to change the EA’s on a weekly basis. This is not how EA trading works. I left these robots running on my account for weeks and it has honestly been shocking.

I requested a refund and that in itself is a whole other story to get the money back from EA Trading academy.

Alan, sorry you are the one that has to deal with all these comments. This system has obivously not been tested properly before being released to the public.

Good day EA Trading academy team

    I trust you are well.

I have all the top 14 robots from the last 5 years on my account and there have been very few trades.
Nothing has been taken this week and nothing was taken last week Friday.

I just want to know if anyone has been getting some open trades?

    Regards
